If you own 150 shares when the rights offering is issued (in three months) you will have 15 rights. You will have 30 days to make up your mind what to do. 1. You can sell your 15 rights to Flightless or whoever wants them. 2. you can pay $75 for 15 more common, 15 prefered which pay you a annual .20 per share, 15 warrants at $8, 15 at $12 and 15 at $16. Someone correct me if I am wrong

Robert, Flightlessbird and Harold Finstad have nailed this right on the money. Review their posts. Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you. If you can, attend the conference call today at 4:15pm EDT (800-388-8975). Also a replay of the call will be available after 6PM today thru Sept. 10 (973-694-6079). I think this will clear up any questions and concerns you may have regarding this offering. Also, it may not be a bad idea to pick up more shares today. Good luck. jke
