Sorry, there is nothing to expose here my dear. I offered all this info to Jason at WSJ, my name, handle, involvement to Penny Picks and Stock Justice and holding shares. Also I told you and the others to do the search at Internic to see who is behind Stock Justice. I did not have to say a thing when Jason called me. I did so to prove how easy it is to use some alias handle(s) have two, three, five, ten people involved and post to SI playing all ends. Also how easy it is to go back and read previous post which I do on a regular basis. SI is wonderful for that, it saves ALL the messages. I don't think most on SI know this. People buy into hype from other's based on what they write though they do not know who these people are. Or they sell on fear and bashing from others. Before they decide to invest, all they have to do is look into this or any other company, see who is behind it, their track record, etc, etc. Not simply calling them, though if they (company) lie to you in voice and print (PR) you may have a case. You have some rights as an investor. It's is not as simple as fraud, deceit and move on to other company. You have rights. Tom and I do own shares of MTEI, we bought based on this companies PR's and certain people who had a "knack" of knowing when the PR's were coming (we don't practice this method). And just like everyone else we lost. But instead of running around feeling helpless we decided to do something about, Stock Justice was created to help disgruntled investors if in fact a company does turn out to be rotten. We spoke with the SEC about creating SJ, what they said; "like your concept of batching complaints and sending them to the SEC in one e-mail." "This is a very helpful service." We have a direct contact with them where all complaints get forward to. As far as MTEI; Making an honest effort is all one can ask for from a company that is trading. Manipulating and setting up this sting operation is another. Jack may have be innocent, may be a good guy, and may have nothing to worry about, but should you the investor be left holding the bag of a worthless company? You should not be. We are all guilty of being lazy at times and no more so in the investing world. When was the last time you checked with the FDA before eating an apple or popping a pill? You trust them that they did this for you, and in most time they have. But here at SI it is a completely different story. It is just to simple to promote and hype stocks on this board. Join under many aliases, conceal identity. Do you think "JShell" and other bashfuls would admit her true identity? No, and why should she, she gets paid to do what she is doing. To post here or on any other thread time after time, day after day is motivated by two factors. Money and Passion. I'll bet money is Jshell's. Not hard to figure this out. Bottom line: Stock Justice is for real (Tom and I (Mark) are behind this thing to help you.
