Hi, Mr. D! Just got back from New Yawk City! About certs, people should decide for themselves, but I would like them to know that IF they decide to call for them, they can just have their broker put them in their name for safekeeping. They do not need to actually have them sent to them, if they feel uncomfortable with that. If their broker keeps them in their name, rather than in street name, they can not be shorted, but they are still available for selling at any time they want. Not suggesting anyone sell or buy, but just a point of clarification. Of course, for those of us who are long, it does not matter if we have them at our home or if our broker has them in our name.
