Note to Ian McBeath:

Show that the faith that Goldman Sachs/Rothchilds Asset Management and friends, as well as Walter Lovenberg, put in you is justified and get a big pharmaceutical joint venture deal. Soon!!! Or forever be damned.

We don't want to be sitting around while you're scorching our investment with Pacific-sized dilution. If you want to keep your mouth shut, then make damn sure you do something.

I'm with you all the way Harold. Voting NO on proposals 3 and 4. I think its ridiculous that management would even consider this. Thanks for your continued updates and efforts. I don't have the patience or experience to deal with this bunch of self centered deaf mutes.

just watching, but increasing authorized capitol is not splitting the stock. also, without options how do you propose to lure people to work up in Canada where the wages are lower? what's your idea?
some companies are even giving stock, not options on stock.
