OTC/BB --------- Financial statements I just finished talking about AXGI on their thread. The information pertains to all penny stocks. I happen to own AXGI at higher prices and am glad to see they will be reporting shortly. Start researching them. Could be a winner. Don't invest in any of them unless you find out they will be reporting financials this year. Nasdaq will kick them out if they don't comply with their new rules. The share price of many companies are going to be severly affected when they announce earnings for the first time cause many penny players gamble on beliefs with financial no substance. Financials (sales and revenues growth, etc) will let the air out of many stocks. Reality will set in. If a company is not going to release earnings, SHORT THEM, cause they will get delisted. What more of a blow can a company have than to be delisted from the otc/bb market? That's truly the bottom along with ZERO. S.W.
