Just got finished reading the Yahoo thread. WOW!! Card is a genius, I am impressed. This is very interesting, good material for a soap opera or a book. (A Thriller of course).

There is something I am not sure of. If the price of TGSK is over $5 at the time of the rights offering I assume we must pay market value ie; if it is trading at $8 we will have to pay 8 to exercise our rights? Am I wrong here?
