Now Hank, That would be about the time for 3Q's numbers Hank. I imagine the royalty payment will be a bit higher than the $100k+ reported for 2Q. Of course, 2 months before this Nov. 15th date we will know if the NDA has been accepted (another $5 mil in earnings) which BradPalm1 tells us won't happen. Other product advancements will be announced before this date also. Nothing is a sure thing but I'll take Ron's side on this one. The risk/reward ratio heavily favors the "longs" point of view. Dino
