Hi Jack,

Good post. By the way, have you ever heard of an outfit in Grapevine
Texas who promotes High yield ventures, 50k investment with a 125k
return in 45 days.?...They are promoting mining property in Cuddeback lake Calif...The money is supposed to come from returns on a supposed mining operation that is going on there....A few people have already been burned.. Name of group is Financial Partners Inc.

Would appreciate any thoughts or info you may have.
