Juli, I would not concede the remaining 26%. Remember, The valuation for the PIC technology was PROFOUNDLY not an arms length transaction and was based on one letter, with no independant appraisal. It was incredibly lower than what INCE management had earlier stated (while admittedly, their credibility was not too hot either) Anyway, if they just reised several million to productize, market & produce, the PIC technology had to be worth more. FYI Scott
