The numbers are definitely not great, but I have seen worse. Plus they are 3 years old, or rather will be when 98 numbers are released. Hell, I'm going positive from this point on, it can only get better!

ElGator: Re: <<highly cognizant of what would result if they were to do so.>>

Consider......... no assets, ......... no game.

How much cash?
How much real property?
How much personal property?
How much inventory?
How much good will?

Product is virtual and the practice of indenture ended with THE war. Properties are probably leased, and weren't there franchises (or have those been assimilated)? Myriad is still substantially owned by (or "leased" from)the IRS for the next several years. A few computers? What are the pending payroll tax, work comp, franchise, or income tax liabilities?

How will the remains spread over 40-74 million shares?

Guess you can sense I feel there is little to gain from this consideration, save some minute satisfaction if the "corporate veil" is pierced. Anyway, '97's are necessary for a track record to put anything, not the least of which is potential, into perspective.

We're still shadow boxing, except the shadow hit square this time. Was it a "sucker punch"?
