Its your decision to do whatever you want. I don't get why you bought in in the first place knowing that:

1. A debt conversion is happening (almost complete).
2. The KI IPO won't be for a few weeks
3. The closing of the Potomac acquisition is upcoming
4. Audited financials are coming
5. And we are at the 52 week low

Why get out now? Show some patience. Give them a chance.
