HJ Meyers was the original underwriter and the current manipulative MM in TERA. It can be a viscious short, but the ultimate answer is zero.

MODA looks interesting, but they are on the major hype machine right now, or so it seems. Didn't pull through for them today, but does anybody foresee a hype runup before the eventual fall? Fairly large short interest already (500K) for a 6 million share stock.
