At present levels sell some 30% outside puts and buy some 30% out of the money calls -- you will do well ofcourse you should be able to take delivery at the lower levels- it will not hurt - I think the foreign competition and Brazil as next case of devaluation's has taken quite a bit out of this, I would suggest to initiate positions once we see SPX above 1132 level- just to be on the safe side..
