Rob, what are your thoughts on BKS' spinoff of barnesandnoble.com. this seems to be somewhat of a premature move on the part of BKS. My original thoughts were that barnesandnoble.com would network with the "bricks and mortar" operations to develop a highly efficient delivery system.

Do you think that maybe BKS is under pressure from its quasi-franchises on the "bricks and mortar" side to divest of the online business. If so, this could be indicative of their general fear of the long term implications of competition on the e-tailing side whether it be amazon.con, bks, borders, or any others.

Just pondering the consequences of this latest development.
