Thanks. That was a topic of discussion for the thread after Lev's return. So far, VLNC seems to be progressing if you believe the CC's and not the 10Q's.

I spoke with Carl Johnson of infrastructure today. Since his article was written prior to the conference call, I filled him in on some salient points and recent developments. Carl will be have a chance to hear a tape of the call in a few days.

Take a look at Carl Johnson's "infrastructure" track record before fretting. His model portfolio has significantly underperformed all benchmarks. His comments didn't shed any new light on the company, it was a regurgitation of all of the risks that have been discussed on this thread. Describing a small-cap, R&D company as risky isn't exactly going out on a limb...
