They are probably doing the right thing in waiting to release the numbers till they get the chance to hit all the bases like the in-store promo next month and tv card sales pick up, and the on-line banner ads nab new users, etc.

It would probably be best to wait until the next software update gets released too, just to get all the tweaks in place.

Its a careful balance of attracting users/advertisers/content providers/card-manufacturers.
Every one of them is dependant on the other guy...

I don't think Deeds ever said everything was going to be in full swing during the third quarter.

TV or radio or the Net wasn't built-up this quick.

Good point. The company did not respond to the major reason for the downgrade, so their silence on the matter should be read as confirmation.
