Having said that, I can tell you that I intend to file to purchase Cypress stock on the open market. As you may have read, I have a lot of stock / stock options already. But , to me, this opportunity is too good to pass up. Of course, others may be looking at other stocks in the market and find even more compelling buys. I just don't know those companies as well as I know this one.
