The tire company went public.


That was the only way to rid ourselves of WOTD and Pat Charles.
WOTD is not a 'tire company', it's merely one of Pat's "phantom" companies; despite their name, they have no experience in the oil & tire industry. This company had no assets (before they merged with Knightsbridge). Now that the CVIA-WOTD merger is dead, CVIA is starting to move up, and nobody's buying WOTD.
