The QUESTION for the JUSTICE DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES, is DID CLINTON WILLFULLY COMMIT A FELONY. It's not a felony to have extramarital sex. It is a felony to commit perjury. I don't remember where I read about that, it was a while ago. My advice to Clinton: Do the country a favor and resign.
