Peter, The maximum income portion (50%) of my portfolio is separate from the 90/10 portion (40%). The cash of the 90/10 is mostly in money markets with about a quarter in two year notes and bonds, all AAA or better.

Maximum income is the portfolio I offer to my Asian partners. It includes option income strategies, mostly spread reverse conversions (short stock with interest rebate, long out of the money call, short at the money put), Fixed income futures options credit spreads (long a T-Bond 128 call, short a 124 call, etc. with T-Bills making up the collateral), some convertible arbitrage and a bit of paired trading (long Lucent, short Cisco, e.g.).
