Fred, read the previous message I was responding to.

The premise of the forecast is that the distillate tanks are full and that is why they cannot continue to make gasoline at the levels they want. Distillate tanks being full in August is normal. Refiners load up these tanks in an effort to meet the coming demand for the heating season in the Northeast. That does not mean the gasoline tanks are full although typically gasoline production doesn't start to cause a buildup until after Labor Day.
