Informative thread. What concerned me was seeing how reverse splits don't always effect everything equally. In fact one poster said about one stock that although the stock reverse split the authorized shares did not. Which basically allowed for a larger dilution than originally bargained for. I'm afraid that with the creative financing history of Osicom, floorless convertibles, that I cannot trust that this reverse split is not some sort of smoke screen for some new form of creative financing. So I'm out of this stock. Good luck, Scott
