Parts of this is bush league. I believe I know who the individual that was sued is, and that does not surprise. I documented a clear case against that individual to the SI webmaster. And more calls to Epson may well be contraindicated, as long as it is clear that there is indead a relationship.

But my experiance with SEXI indicates that some calls to a customer to verify the exact nature of the relationship are indicated. And threatening to sue an individual who calls a customer, unless the individual has crossed the border into harrassment, or a clear pattern of malicious behavior is bush, and would not stand up in court. At least in an American court (I have no background in the Canadian court system) In my Semi-clueless opinion, Scott

I think the spirit of the request to not contact BrainTechs customers is justified. The customer is not obliged to engage in conversation that has no apparent value to him/her. Especially if it is a repeated event. These people are quite removed from the share performance of a corporate vendor.

Regards...Okey

Send me a list of your customers.

I would like to see whether they would like my products too.

I promise I will not be abusive as I know nothing about Braintech and if there is anything at all bad about them I am sure that will eventually be discovered without my help.
