MRV's accounting practices were already reviewed by the SEC last summer before their September offering. If the SEC gave them a clean bill last summer, are they going to go back and reverse their opinion?

Did you notice that envy is up 2 5/16 or so today? It is above 25. Why don't you go there and short it again and leave mrvc alone. I hope envy kicks your butt. peace and good luck.
