While we're waiting (a lurker here) saw this at Raging Bull: According to the November 25, 1997 issue of USA Today, "60 million
Americans say they have taken botanical supplements, and about 50 million
are current users." This has resulted in tremendous growth for the vitamin
industry, demonstrated by both increased sales and more extensive
distribution networks. In fact, vitamin and nutritional supplement sales are
currently estimated at $9.8 billion per year, with an annual growth rate of 10%
to 12%.

Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Inc. (OTCBB - PHLB) has successfully
engineered unique vitamin and herbal products that have set themselves apart
from the rest. This exciting company has found a niche within the industry,
providing products that are more effective than other products on the market.
By specializing in liquid and liquid sublingual (under the tongue) products, the
company is aggressively seeking to identify and meet the product needs of
today's health-conscious consumer. The company has recently concluded a
marketing study with a major multinational superstore. This study has
produced tremendous results, which will help Pharmaceutical Labs secure
larger contracts. This profitable company is poised for tremendous growth and
exciting opportunities!

nougie,

I think the count is four. This being the fourth. This time MIS is dealing directly with the lending institution. The last three (which I know little about in detail) were handled via NIR (Cory Robitsky) -- the first had some sordid details from the rumors I have heard.

I understand that negotiations are progessing well with the new loan.

Let's hope it's true.
