Lonnie,

No, I don't assume anything from anyone when statements are made. What I do rely upon are factual statements made by individuals in a position to make them (Arif, Ira, etc.). I do not recall any reference to 1996 numbers in a Press Release or from the company, but then I have only been in this stock since February. What I do know is that the company made statements and released Press Releases regarding the company that may be false. If that is the case, regardless of the fact that FAMH is a BB stock, there is legal ramifications that can and will be taken against FAMH. I have spoken to the National and Local contacts of the SEC and also the NASDAQ regarding this. If FAMH released information that was false and misleading and it caused investors to buy due to the release of that information, then FAMH (including Ira, Arif and possibly others) will be held accountable.

I know it is little comfort from a financial position for any of us that lost money here, but I am in a lawsuit with another company that released false Press Releases and misstated their financials and the top three individuals in that company are either still in jail or have been sentenced. The penalties are harsh, as they should be.
