Hi:

I'm sorry if this appears redundant to the thread, but if someone could help me understand this, I would appreciate it.

It seems as though the discussions here focus on selling this company based on the following formula:

revenues divided by shares outstanding times a multiple

It seems that we're looking at revenue AFTER the two recently announced acquisitions/joint ventures. So, what WILL (not a guess, and not what are now outstanding) be the shares outstanding AFTER those deals are completed?

Also, in doing some dd, I cannot seem to find any global long distance telecommunications companies on nyse, nasdaq, amex, or bb that have been sold or merged within the past 12 months that used this same formula. And where are these multiples coming from?

I apologize if I've missed something. It's difficult reading between the lines; just the lines would be nice. (ggg) Thank you very much in advance.

sincerely,ks
