Mutual funds have to buy in large quantities and ANFS has too small a float. When this stock is trading at $20 and has a million shares in the float, the funds will stampede over one another to buy. Until then, ANFS has to publicize its accomplishments and the significance to the investors in meaningful terms($$$$).

I believe small shareholders will initially benefit most from this one, once it catches on. After trading develops larger volume, the herd will start to join the party.
