It is nothing more than a rehash of the "theory" of how India's castes came about -- something like the Brahmins springing from God's eyes, the Kshatriyas from his chest, the Vaishyas from the waist, and the Sudras from his feet.

No mention is made about the outcasts, but in some other place there is some more blathering about God being "equally kind, generous, <blah blah blah>..." to all living creatures whether they are Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaisyas, Sudras, dogs or even outcasts! So you get the idea...
