The FSS never featured LBOR as a "recommendation," but Jeff Bruss apparently worked for a company that hyped it when it was a penny-type, OTC-BB stock. Bruss, a/k/a FSS, started his FSS website in January of 1996 with a few junk heaps like DRYD, CECN and NLMC and a couple of Vancouver exchange numbers. He added LBOR to his "free quotes" section while the site was in its infancy. Bruss keeps LBOR around as though it was one of his features to give his site some validity, and suggest that another LBOR run is just around the corner for some of his "featured" turds.
