Not a lot to update on H.B. London v. Uselton, et al. but FWIW

Attorney Kogan returned my phone call. He said this was a breach of contract suit against the boys which was settled. There was a confidentiality settlement agreement so couldn't give me too many details as I suspected would be the case.

Question: Where did the "This is a suit for Fraudulent Inducement; Fraudulent concealment ... These are some bad, bad guys." message that was attached to the lawsuit post come from? Just curious.

I told Kogan the Reader's Digest version about MTEI and Uselton -- he said it doesn't surprise him.
