Hope it helps.

Bmart,

You posted this comment:

"I believe that AZNT will not be a BB stock for too much longer.
From what I've heard, most of the criteria and paperwork has been met and completed. The stock, once free of short interest, should be trading well over what is required to make the move."

Do you know what the criteria is for Nasdaq listing? It certainly involves more than the share price being $4/share.

And I find it hard to believe that AZNT currently possesses $4 million in tangible assets. Care to share what you know in order to strengthen your case?

Check here to compare what you seem unwilling to state publicly, with what Mr. Sylvers has told you.

Initial Listing requirements... nasdaq.com

Does AZNT currently meet these requirements? Why do I have to call the company. Have you been instructed not to discuss the company's claimed assets?

I wouldn't feel compelled to post if you were a little more specific about your claims. I would have been very comfortable with you strictly theorizing about the potential of the price heading to $4 in a short squeeze (I certainly hope it does), without the veiled claims that AZNT meets the other Nasdaq requirements.

We all have to have hope for a great financial future with our investments. However, that hope needs to be justified by facts and evidence.

Have a nice day!!

Regards,

Ron
