Jack,

I agree whole heartedly. What I am suggesting is that we pull together as a group and begin collecting as much information that was put out by the company and have it ready. If the '97 and '98 numbers come out and we were mislead again, then we can take action. I still have my total investment in FAMH, and am holding, but I have been this road and it does not look promising. I really hope someone can post me six months from now and say "You were wrong" I would love nothing more than that!!!!

Like you and many others setting with a great paper loss at this time, I must agree that our best bet of regaining these losses is to wait for another month and see if the company and new management lives up to the next deadline.

Should they be able to produce the 97 numbers in an audited form before that date, this would show us that the new team is at least trying.
I highly recommend that we each began a campaign of emailing the company urging them to push forward, with great haste to complete these numbers for 97 and the first two qtrs. of 98.

IMHO, any legal action will only serve to drive the price down further. EOM
