Jenna,

LBOR I was concerned about the accounting flap...chart looks good, but this earnings question hasn't been resolved in my mind.

AFCI It's been a tough one to hold. I bought more @ 10 3/16...

I like DVN and my eye on APC

KLB is looking attractive to me again...

Trading ASND

Jeff

Newsletter Highlights: From the 'earnings revised downwards' list there have been many gainers especially SGE, SBTI, SMOD, BKS, PETM

from the Newsletter with the good gainers for this week: we've had DELL, LCOS, CNS, ANN, SUIT, TIF, PRLS, HD, ISLI.. AEOS which had a pretty bad week, reversed and is now "in play" (holding the August 50's)

In conclusion, I'm pretty excited about the 'other side of the coin' earnings plays. The ones with 'lowered estimates' and that are trading near their 52 week lows with low relative strength. It is important for you to remember that these are not stocks like BOST.. These have better projections going forward and are still basically 'fundamentally sound'(stocks like AFCI,SGE,LBOR,SMOD,ANLY etc) with better earnings volocity going forward. I'll be continuing them through September. In October there are so many 'good' earnings coming out that I don't think we need them..
