Yes, CVIA is still a shell, but I am sure Keith has a few things going for CVIA that he can't yet talk about; and I am sure he will soon surprise us. He has accomplished things in the past that seemed nearly impossible<g>

Statements of a turn around are a long time coming... so you want assets, revenues and P/Es? OK I have that on my " to do " list. <g>

This preferred stock was issued for a reason, not just to be printing more paper.
I cant say I blame you guys for being skeptical after the past couple of months, but hang in there you will see what is up in the next couple of days.
