David - While it doesn't determine efficacy, since it is not placebo controlled, it certainly often provides some suggestion as to the benefit of the product doesn't it? Although Phase I is for safety, Isis indicated that there were patients who benefitted and patients that showed lower levels of certain tumor markers that suggest an antisense mechanism of action. If the Phase II gave some clues as to the efficacy of the product, I think we could see a move up. GV
