Food is outstanding. French, cajun, creole and seafood are excellent.

The best places are the joints. Off the beaten tracks.

You'll have to share your Jamacian Jerk Chicken recipe. Never had any that was good. You don't put Pepst Bismal in it, do you. We know your fondness for it.
