Jim..I fear you are right. Even if we could locate 51% of the shareholders, which I doubt, the collective Board with options to spare, not to mention Stone and all the ex-members of the TCLN team who benefited, would have more than enough stock votes to defeat us.The only other alternative, I guess, is to sell the stock and/or hire an attorney. Even then, what can we prove, except that we've been financially raped. And..whose fault is that? We had the opportunity to sell when we were warned that this would happen. I didn't..so ultimately..mea culpa I would really like to attend this year's stockholders meeting..anybody else for that?
