Mr. Mertz, I think it was clarified in the last release that Naxos is very definitely "tinkering" with J/L with a very well respected arbitor, Brian Russel, supervising and analyzing the work. And that work has been going on continuously while Ledoux played with SFA. I would assume with the Ledoux results, that SFA is dead, but that as many other legitimate courses of action are being considered. But don't go by what I say, call IR and get the answers directly. Excuse me Brad but I disagree. Your post to me is a response to comments I made to one Sammy "THE BULL" Gra. Other than the fact that I find it objectionable that someone would style himself after an admitted murderer and thief who was part of an organized crime family that preyed on the city I lived in, please point out when in any of his posts this puerile misfit has said anything of value. As far as other trial members, I am very suspicious of most of them. There has been a very high incident of manipulative behavior. It is way to easy for someone with an agenda to use a quickie free membership to his ends. I may disagree at times with the viewpoints of people like John Allen and yourself but at least you have established credibility and we can trust each other not to be intentionally deceptive. But I'm willing to be proven wrong. Please point out any trial member who has posted pertinent information and has been attacked and driven off the thread. Also as far as some of them having been right, do you think some of them might have been privy to inside info and just leaked it before it became widely available in order to promote their own agenda? Please point out the trial member who alerted us to Ledoux before the check labs were unable to confirm their numbers. BTW Brad I realize I may be coming across in my usual take no prisoner style but I don't want to come of like I am attacking your statement. We are after all on the same side of this battle. But I remain highly suspicious of trial members and people who hide behind fake names (no Chewy that is not a slap at you). The combination of the two is particularly troublesome.
