(303) 623-5091 Anybody at this number?

I've left several messages the last few days without a response. Has anyone had any luck contacting Mark, or anybody else. Voice-mail is so impersonal!

You wish to argue whether the giant meteor which is screaming toward earth has red spots on yellow or yellow spots on red. Pierce point is strong ties to both companies. That's all. Greek shipping lines connection to Midland, CNHH, Nattem or who knows how many other companies is being sorted out by SEC as we speak. Clearly we do not know who owns the Greek shipping, nor who is selling what exactly to whom. I guess you didn't understand the association with the shell game. Under which shell is the pea? Answer=none.

My report stated only what is available in Free Edgar during the past few years. SEC can go back much further than 3 years and can uncover far more info than any of us.

My scenario was simply to cause food for thought. I am not building a lawsuit and therefore need not spend any more time on this than I already have. Regarding my admission of assumption on any specifics of the previous scenario, I have already made it clear that because the SEC filings are being doubted, everything we think we know about these companies or their activities, we can merely assume.

With regard to Midland and no doubt its affiliates, we know nothing for sure. We don't know if they have ever made a dime. And not only do we not know, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission does not know. According to them, they have halted trading so that they can figure things out and get at the truth for all of us.

There is your answer.
