The best deal in town is apparently a well kept secret.

Bought yesterday at 9 5/8 and again today at 9 1/8 - knockout bargains. When I'm convinced oil is in a upswing I plan to load up.

My personal belief is that oil will take a major spike when a confluence of factors - all of which have taken some time to come to fruition - start to hit. The tentative OPEC timetable for favorable results is the end of September (for Brent to trade at $17.00 or above) - and oil will spike before then. China's oil fields are washed out, Russia's oil fields are bankrupt, and Venezuela has shut down 59% of its rigs. Saudi Arabia has announced an 18% September cutback and now Kuwait is considering an 80,000 barrels/day additional cutback. Meanwhile back in the States marginal stripper wells are being shut down and Congress is about to approve the 28 million barrel Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The Sword of Damocles is hanging over cheap oil.

With oil back to $18 or above, TMAR is back on track. My humble opinion, of course.

Best of luck,
