You make some good points. But the conspiracy argument falls apart with the Scaaffe/Starr/Pepperdine deal. If Scaiffe wants to get Clinton thru Starr, why would he encourage him to quit as IC to take the job at Pepperdine before he nails Clinton?

So, one of the Judges is an LBJ appointee. Obviously part of the right wing conspiracy. So they had lunch together. So what as Mr. Waxman likes to say. Your conspiracy theory is ridiculous. Remember all those indictments and convictions (over a dozen). You can spin the public but it doesn't work so well in Court. Your charges are baseless. At best its poor judgment but at least they met in public unlike Hillary's health care task force. Also, seems like IF your facts are correct they didn't lie about when they were asked. Slick should take some lessons. JLA
