Colin,

let's shorten it up a lot.....maybe just use...

Company Web Site:
jstocks.com

The Company was originally engaged in energy-related businesses. The objective of the company is to grow by acquiring subsidiaries in five different industries and ultimately to accelerate its growth by making each subsidiary a publicly traded company with its own stock symbol.

The plan calls for a "spin-off" of part of each subsidiary as a dividend to the shareholders of record at the time the distribution is effected. The company currently has six wholly owned subsidiaries as follows:

industrial division
Pitts & Spitts, Inc.
Har-Whit, Inc.
Intile Designs, Inc.
Acqueren, Inc.
NorthEastern Plastics, Inc.

Oil and Gas
Brenham Oil & Gas, Inc.

Real Estate
Texas Real Estate Enterprises, Inc.
MidTowne Properties (?)

Media/Communications/Entertainment
Cinema Research Corp.
Cinema Research Corporation
Electronics Pictures California

*******hey Colin..which one of EDII's subsidiaries belongs to the financial division?...something simple like this with a link to the information thread and contact people would be plenty....what do you think?
