Thats what was on the table to someone I know in SALES capacity, funnily enough they did n't take them up on it. Guess where they ended up?

Tom, Do you really think LU cares how many ASND employees bail out after they own the technology ? They will know which engineers they need to hold onto and "take care of them" when the time comes. LU has enough quality people to maintain the current installed base of customers. The LU name goes a long way and current ASND customer will have no problem dealing with either one. I am sure Mory and the board know exactly what price they are willing to sell out for and whether ASND employees stay for the ride or not they will all be smiling on their way to the bank. Philly714
