Mark: The range of questions that I presented as a "partial owner" of this company can be addressed in a variety of ways. I do not expect every tough phone call or meeting to be aired on this forum. I do expect them to address what is attempted to be done. LeDoux guarantees the prior results. They also guaranteed the latest results. I think 3rd party verification is required. This should be announced and done. I would hope we are not discussing lawyers conversations exclusively (or at all) at this time with LeDoux. Are they working on samples with a changed procedure? Is Norton involved? These are not issues about who pays, what fees should be refunded, etc. These are assaying strategies. Or it should be said that no further assays will be done. The dirty laundry part can come out when it is needed (if it is). Right now it is just business strategy. Is LeDoux going to assay more? Why or why not? I want this question answered from the point of view of scientific feasibility, not lawsuit. Mark, everything about this investment is an assumption, or rather a question.
