Options and Stock Purchases at these bargain basement prices

I agree with the person who said "I bought at 9 8 6 but keep hesitating now to buy more at 5...." I too have thought about buying more. But have a major holding now. Would have to borrow more to add to my holdings. Have an average price of about 8.5.

What I did do was buy back the Dec 10 and 7.5 calls that I wrote on half of my position a month ago. The 10's I had sold for 7/8 bought back at 3/8; and the 7.5's I had sold for 1 3/4 bought bact at 3/4. That was the only additional purchase I can stomach to make at this point. Even though I firmly believe we will see better days with patience. Now all my shares are once again without cellings. When we go up I may resell some calls or not. I will always hold some stock clear for a major move participation.

Today 124 Dec 7.5 calls traded. Another surge in interest. But one does not know the circumstances. Call writing, covering, hedging,??? I traded 70 calls myself yesterday in the buy to close mode and I am not a big player at all.

>>Pfizer would rather face greater liabilities than lose any part of the ED pool. Greed over patient safety. It's that simple.<<

No, Its like any relabelling and PFE stock tanks big time, With approval of new drugs also being delayed, You are talking about a major haircut here! If you had a few BILLION at stake, what would you do?
They should have been stopped BEFORE! At the FDA fast track! Now its much harder to do anything about it. Also the PFE stock would not have got hit all that much at the time since it would not have run up its impressive gains in the last year as well.
