And I will also bet that people would be real interested in your own possible private placements as well, since you have decided that PP's on stocks other than MIDL are pertinent to this thread. Come on, Alan, if you are going to put it on the table, put it ALL on the table. Binder you are going to wish you never said that statement. Rather than respond now I am going to relax for an hour or so to cool down. But I will answer your question unlike others that avoid it I NEVER have done any type of private placement in my ENTIRE LIFE. All my stock I have bought through a broker. I have NEVER been paid to promote any stock EVER not one dime no shares no nothing no bartering PERIOD if I did I would NOT be posting on SI or even attempt to start a thread because the simple fact is that private placements weather you wish to accept it or not can sway your objectivity. Weather it is LEGAL or not to do private placements and post I do not know but for me it's unethical thats why in my profile I made a statement on this issue read it sometime. Now before I respond you better think about WHAT you deemed to imply since my post to you was on the basis of calling Dusty and OLD LADY. I think you need to call your MENTOR and discuss this situation before you start spouting your garbage. Or better yet find a mirror . You had the knowledge and the means to defend TRUTH, and yet you chose not to. Real honorable man you are there, sir. TRUTH since I do not know much about you (only what I see in your post's) I am not going to speculate if you are a truthful person or not it may be that you are just getting duped. All your post consist of is just pure mudslinging and you are good at it. Now I answered your question on the private placement issue as far as I am concerned WITHOUT SIDE STEPPING I think Gary since you two are now partners needs to do the same. Or is he in some way not part of your RULES. Also let me know if any private placements were paid on delivery or was it some type of loan. I have always tried to understand both sides since I do talk to Jim but this CNHH thing keeps popping in my mind Gary told me it was a great deal at 2.25 I am sure you know it's present condition. But heck I made the decision so its my responsibility to accept a loss, but what I did not know was that the playing field was tainted. Think about it. Even though me and Jeff got into it I can understand were he is coming from he did most likely took a big loss. I will finish this up later.....................

VSE is trying very hard to clean up their exchange , now these same people are wanted for questioning are showing up in the States . One nearly has to do a check on every officer of every penny stock out there , that he is considering taking a position in . Many promoters that have set up shop in Canada and were busted are now moving to the OTC-BB area. The promoters of OTC-BB stocks that were busted in the States are now moving to Canada , it keeps going around and around until they take off to the Bahamas , when they have no other place to run. All the Markets combined in North America ,do not have enough investigators. When that person came on this thread and said DF was from Canada , we should of listened. Red Flag Has anybody ever noticed when somebody came on this thread and said something negative about a officer of MIDL , how many post there are after ,figured it out , they post a bunch of whatever post after post to hide the original post , who wants to go back a couple hundred posts of reading whatever , I like that one , Hmmmmmmm,got to remember that one , good one, ROFLMAO , Ha , Ha ,Ha, Funny ,Interesting Hmmmm , I didn't know that ,I got to put that one down , LOL Talk about a stock that has been Hyped , anybody recall how many times in a single day how much your stock would be worth. With your added shares to the P's and what the W's and C's would be worth , didn't it start at $20.00 and run to $100.00 , talk about brain washing the public. If Clinton would of saw those $$$$$ he would of invested and paid off both debts in both Countries ......LOL The hype that was here in those $$$$ posted day after day would of got anybody to invest in this scam DF-144. What the investors need. For both US and Canada too get together to put a list of all stock promoters that have charged in the last 10 years or so , anybody that has been charged with any exchange violation any where in North America on one sight. So we can check everybody out.
