I've lost interest with this discussion, but I will say one last thing about the above comment. The president has a lot of latitude with which he can operate. When was the last time we declared war? WWII? And how many 'military actions' have we had - a lot!

If you blame Clinton for something, (and you did in one of your posts) then apply the same consistancy to other politicians. You have good criticisms, but don't seem to apply it to those with your ideology.
