The offer as I understand it, is that they require an 80% agreement. If management were to convey to shareholders that they had another offer greater than .375 I don't think they would get their 80%.JMO.

I guess that's where we, the shareholders, and our vote will matter.
If a better offer is put on the table, guess what....we hold all the cards. No legal rams for the company if we turn this offer down.
