If that is the case, then who is to say that the promoters aren't paid foreign operatives of third world dictatorships? Intriguing isn't it ("insulate us from the ups and downs") that R1 and his ilk may have an R45 value to Vietnam and Qatar's short-term profit from shares. Bird (operative for truth)
